Danser have successfully designed new Pneumatic systems for a number of clients in a number of industries.
The benefits of using a pneumatic system are
- Cleanliness – Pneumatic systems usually use compressed air, making them cleaner and more sustainable to operate. The moisture is removed from the air, and replaced with a small amount of oil to aid lubrication and prevent corrosion. There is no concern over the possibility of poisonous leaks.
- Simplicity of Design – Pneumatic machines are easier to design using simple components. These systems are also fairly straightforward to control.
- Reliability – The simplicity of pneumatic systems means they usually have a longer operating and require less maintenance. There is also less likely to be any damage from impact.
- Safety – There is vey little risk of fire, and pneumatic systems can be designed to be safe from overload.

Most industrial pneumatic applications use pressures of about 80 to 100 pounds per square inch (psi) (500 to 700kps).
Pneumatic systems can provide a reliable and functional control method for industrial processes. These have largely been replaced by smaller and cheaper electrical control systems, but pneumatic logic can still be useful in processes where compressed air is the only energy source, or the cost and safety is preferable to of modern digital controls.
