Danser Hydraulics offers a Machining and Fabrication Service of the highest quality
Our fully equipped state of the art workshop offers the following facilities:
- TIG (tungsten inert gas) arc welding is an arc welding process where the weld area is usually protected by a shielding gas. It is used for welding thin sections of stainless steel, and light metals such as aluminium, magnesium, and copper alloys. TIG welding is a complex process offering stronger and better quality welds than some other processes. Also known as GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)

- MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding is an automatic arc welding where a wire electrode and a shielding gas are fed through a welding gun. Originally developed for welding aluminium MIG was soon used for steel welding. MIG welding, because of its adaptability and speed, is the most common industrial welding process in use today. SynergicMIG welding is a variant of pulsed MIG welding. Also known as GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) or MAG (Metal Active Gas)
- Machining – All machining processes including turning, milling and drilling.
- Fabrication - Our workshop has shearing, punching and folding capabilities for construction of tanks and welding for cylinders or any other construction projects.
