Contamination that is built into systems during manufacture and assembly must be carefully removed before start-up. This will ensure that your system is performing properly and as expected, and will enhance its service life.
Whether a new or a rebuilt system, it must be flushed before becoming operational. Flushing will loosen and remove contamination particles within the system by forcing flushing fluid through it at high velocity. This will leave the inside walls of the fluid conductors at the same cleanliness level as the fluid. Once normal operation has begun, the system will then experience only externally and internally generated contamination — controllable with appropriate filtration.
