Adaptors

All the adaptors you need are in stock - We stock a full and comprehensive range of compression pipe connectors, hose inserts and adaptors:

Compression Fittings – metric or imperial (BSP; JIC) - tightens down a sleeve or ferrule over a joint to prevent leakage Flat Face Fittings – The gasket is moulded completely filling the crevice between the liner and male part and allows a small lip to give a flush finish Adaptors – for connecting different types of hose, tubing or pipe together Crimp Fittings - Sleeve or socket to be crimped over a hose end to attach it to a fitting Hose inserts - These are inserted into the hose, then hydraulically clamped (swaged) on, using a ferrule

• Hydraulic Hose Fittings – a large range of fittings designed for all types of hydraulic hose
• Swaged fittings  - can be used on most types of hose, reinforced or otherwise
• Interlock fittings - for the most demanding applications. Mainly for multi-spiral hose used on higher pressure systems
• Reusable fittings - for easy assembly in the field. Used where hoses cannot be swaged due to access

• Hose Assemblies – numerous combinations with a variety of ends and sizes

• Bonded Seals - The Bonded Seal was designed originally to replace copper type washers in high-pressure systems.The advantages of this include

• Reliable low and high pressure sealing
• High and low temperature capabilities

• Steel/stainless steel pipe – Danser carry stock of an extensive range of steel tubes for hydraulic applications, with dimensions ranging from 4 mm to 65 mm

• Quick Release Couplings  - A large stock of quick release couplings, for both hydraulics and pneumatics is held in stock. Our range includes couplings for pressures up to 2000 bar

• Hose protection - Damaged hoses can be costly to replace. Help minimise this damage by ensuring that your hoses are adequately protected from abrasions and undue wear by using high quality hose protection. Our hose protection offers several options depending on your needs. All hose protection is available in steel, stainless steel or plastic depending on the individual application

For those special fittings where there is no replacement available, we will manufacture any fitting in our extensive machine shop.
